ALAIN NÉRON
Il y a déjà plus de 15 ans, Alain Néron initiait ce projet de création élaboré à partir d’un élément simple, le triangle. Il voulait, à l’époque, un thème directeur qui soit inspirant sans être trop contraignant: assez précis mais assez flou pour lui permettre l’exploration d’un grand champs de possibilités. Voici, 15 années plus tard, le résultat de ces explorations.
Alain Néron est, depuis maintenant 20 ans, technicien en muséologie au Centre des Sciences de Montréal. Il est titulaire de baccalauréat en Création-peinture de l’UQAM. Il a également contribué à de nombreuses scénographie en danse et théâtre et détient une formation en joaillerie à l’école des métiers d’art.

More than 15 years ago, Alain Néron initiated this creative project based on a simple element, the triangle. At the time, he wanted a guiding theme that would be inspiring without being too restrictive: precise enough but vague enough to allow him to explore a wide range of possibilities. Here, 15 years later, is the result of those explorations.
Alain Néron has been a museology technician at the Montreal Science Centre for 20 years. He holds a bachelor's degree in Creation-Painting from UQAM. He has also contributed to numerous stage designs in dance and theater and has training in jewelry making at the École des métiers d'art.
